If you are wanting to lose weight then it is time to eat breakfast with a good low-carb breakfast. If you are like so many busy women who feel overwhelmed and stressed out, then you need a break. Let me share with you 5 of my favorite fast keto breakfast recipes that anyone could not say no to! These quick and easy meals will help get your day back on track. You deserve to enjoy the first meal of your day, so give these options a try.

1) Goaty & Green: Place a couple of large handfuls of spinach in a pan with a hand full of sliced mushrooms and some coconut oil or ghee.  Fry over until all cooked to liking only takes a couple of minutes.  Slice some Chevre Goats Cheese and add to the plate with the spinach and mushrooms and enjoy!

2) Keto Pancakes: This is one recipe I have been making for years now. Quick, easy, and delicious! The ingredients include almond flour, eggs, coconut milk or cream from canned coconut milk, baking powder (double acting), apple cider vinegar or lemon juice (optional), vanilla extract (optional). Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until smooth batter forms before

3 Keto Smoothie: In a blender add coconut milk 1 cup, unsweetened coconut yogurt 2 large tbsp, 1 tbsp natural peanut butter smooth, 1 tbsp raw cacao. Whiz for a few seconds and pour into a glass.

4. Yogie Yum:  Pour 1 cup of greek unflavoured yogurt into a glass, add 1/4 of berries of your choice fresh or frozen top with cinnamon and enjoy.

5. Green eggs and ham Omelete: Wisk two eggs in a bowl, slice some mushrooms, slice two slices of ham.  Add mushrooms, ham, and spinach to pan gently fry off and remove and set aside.  Pour beaten egg into the hot pan and then put ham and mushroom mixture on top of egg you can also add goat cheese or cow cheese if you desire to allow to cook for a couple of minutes and flip.  Remove from pan and enjoy.
