Pumpkin seeds are rich in potassium, potassium-rich foods are associated with a reduced risk of mood disorders.

5. Dark Chocolate

Good quality dark chocolate 70% Dark or higher is rich in anti-oxidants, rich in magnesium and flavonoids.  Magnesium is particularly supportive of the nervous system.

6. Tumeric

Has many research studies providing evidence that supports its ability to reduce information and have a positive impact on mood and the nervous system.  It is easy to add to soups, stews, and smoothies to get the benefits.

7 Chamomile

This herb is amazing and that is not just because I am a herbalist, it has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant and it is a relaxant.  There are so many benefits to a cup of chamomile tea.

8. Yoghurt
